| 1、Application High voltage PDU is an important part of new energy vehicle's control system as core for power distribution and control. 2、Products (introduction & features) We use our HVDC relay as core technology to assemble and make our high voltage PDU. Innuovo is developing different specifications of PDU according to different vehicle types such as logistics car, PCV and LCV (bus). We have already developed PDU for bus including 12m, 10.5m and 8.3m up to now. Besides, these products have sent to customers and successfully passed the on-vehicle tests.

Have over-current, over-voltage and over temperature protection and other functions. （2）The shell can be customized once shaping using aluminum alloy die-casting according to customer’s requirements. This kind of shell has many advantages such as waterproof, rust-proof, light weight, high structural strength. （3）The polarity is separated besides the positive and negative terminals are arranged separately to reduce short circuit. The electrical connection of positive and negative circuit use red copper bar to ensure flow capacity.（4）Focus on heat dissipation to avoid the potential safety risks caused by increasing temperature. （5）The system has great integration which can reduce the space of high voltage system and the high voltage wire.
