Job description

(1) To take charge of the daily work of the Department in an all-round way, organize and supervise the personnel of the Department to accomplish various tasks within the scope of their responsibilities;
(2) Overall arrangement of department post responsibility system and work assignment and standards, close working relationship with production, quality, sales and procurement departments, and strengthen cooperation with relevant departments;
(3) Organize the design of process plan and process flow according to the requirement of product technical data, compile process documents such as process and quality control point instruction, and cooperate with each other.
(4) To formulate work plans, organize technical forces to solve engineering and technical management problems, establish technical management system, and make decision-making suggestions to company leaders on major technical matters, in accordance with the company's operational and management objectives and the work arrangement of the task co-ordinating department;
(5) complete other tasks arranged by superiors.
