Job description
(1) Bachelor's degree or above; related majors such as administration, human resources management and so on (those with rich working experience may relax their majors and academic qualifications as appropriate);
(2) To be responsible for formulating and perfecting various processes, procedures, rules and regulations related to administrative personnel, and to form a complete administrative personnel system;
(3) Assist superiors to determine recruitment objectives, formulate and implement plans, and do a good job of staff selection, entry, separation, salary and other related work according to existing business development needs;
(4) To establish and manage the talent reserve database of the company, and do a good job in the management of relevant archives and documents and the confidentiality of information;
(5) responsible for editing training plan and carrying out relevant administrative logistics work;
(6) responsible for the attendance, salary accounting and welfare of company office staff.
